STEVIA CONVERSION CHART
1 cup sugar equals approximately 1 t. of stevia
1T. sugar equals approximately 1/4 t. stevia
1 t. sugar equals a pinch or 1/16 teaspoon stevia.

Stevia rebaudiana
Stevia
Height: 30" Zone: 9 Light: sun to part shade
Description: Grow your own sugar, with minimum calories. Ten to fifteen times sweeter than table sugar. Stevia's natural habitat is growing primarily in infertile acidic sands and mucks but is very adaptable
to a variety of soil conditions. Stevia prefers full sun to part shade. I suggest you take it in and treat as a houseplant over winter up north. FDA is testing for approval as a food additive. This is one of the few non
hardy plants I grow. Well worth my trouble. A typical look of stevia is a spindly plant.
